I recently ran out of disk space on the Synology volume that hosts my Plex server. At that point the Collections tab stopped showing collections, just shows all the titles. I cleared up the volume space and restarted Plex and restarted the server but nothing fixed it.
If this happens in your web app… Settings > Plex Web > Debug > Restore Defaults should fix this. Keep in mind this will reset the web app’s customization, e.g. what libraries are pinned – the libraries on your server will not be touched in that process.
