Issue playing a video on one of three Firesticks

I’ve a strange issue where I have one file that will not play on one of the three Firesticks I have, on the other two it works fine.

On the affected one it just hangs, if I jump to a chapter it sometimes play a few frames, albeit very slowly and then stops.

This firestick has the following OS and HV versions:

OS: 5.2.7.6
HV: 6242054

For the ones that work I have the following versions.

Plex Client: 8.10.0.21911
OS: 5.2.7.7
HV: 6242054.1

Plex Client: 8.2.1.18636
OS: 5.2.7.2
HV: 6.1.7.1-005

The settings in the Plex clients all seem to be set the same and they all have more then 1gb free.

Any advice would be gratefully received and if you need any other info please let me know.
