Issue Plex keep buffering while Transcoding Audio to FLAC while playing on IOS Devices

I need some help as i notice that is i play some media from my IOS Device which don’t support TrueHD Audio the server will try to Transcode the Audio to FLAC and that where the media will just keep buffering and not playing.
I would like to know where my setting might be incorrect and hopefully some Guru could help to guide me on the setting.
The Server are runing on a docker on a Unraid MAchine with Nvidia P400 GPU where i’ve enable Hardware Transcode on the Plex setting.
