Issue with certification

Hi guys,

After moving I am experiencing a lot of issues with the plex certificate. A lot of the devices are unable to connect securely now. Is there a way I can fix this?

“Cannot connect securely” also means “not found/ no reply”.

I looked at your account.

I found several abandoned (not used in a long time) servers

I removed them to avoid confusion by the clients.

Now, only your current server remains

Please restart the server
then restart the player devices

Thanks for your quick action. I restarted the server but the issue is still there.

Could you maybe advise another solution?

FYI: There is a option to allow insecure connections. When I do that the media does play.
