My gut feel is something is garfed in your nw config.
As a last resort we can try doing a reset on your nw settings.
sudo /etc/init.d/netmgr.sh reset_all_settings_to_default
Not sure if this helps resolve your issue. I had to downgrade to the last 1.13 release and now my HDHomeRun can tune to a channel - on 1.14 it would try to tune and then error about recording failed. There was another thread about it. Also on my Apple TV I have to try to tune a channel then it just sits there, I then swipe down and select “original quality” and then it starts working.
Downgraded Plex Media server to PlexMediaServer_1.13.9.5456-ecd600442_x86_64.qpkg and now everything works perfectly again. With both tuners being used there is only 13% processor usage and no freezing or anything.
Update: After watching 1 football game via OTA it worked fine but when I tried to watch a DVRed game it froze every couple of minutes with the processor never going above 30%
