Plex cannot connect to HDHomerun

Cannot find HDHome run even when I manually add IPPlex Media Server Logs_2018-06-29_14-15-32.zip (4.5 MB)

Are you having two interfaces active on the same IP net?

If so, look at Q21 in the QNAP FAQ

The HDHomerun connect is built with two tuners

Not related, I’m talking about your QNAP here!

The IP’s you are looking at here are for the Qnap NAS that has the plex server running on it. The HDHomerun’s IP is 192.196.0.103

I know

Now please answer my question!

The NAS has network ports I’m using three of them presently. Two are agragatted to the 192.168.0.86 and a seperate on 192.168.0.83

so you’re saying that Q21 says I’m asking for problems?

Yes

You have a lot of errors in your log regarding http requests…

Not saying this would solve the issue you raised though, but we need to start with that

And FYI, changed the TAGs of your post to make it show in the QNAP fora’s instead of general

that seems to have taken care of that issue.

Thanks!
