Issue with Plex not Saving Themes During Metadata Scanning

The issue at hand is that Plex is not saving themes during the metadata scanning process. Although I was able to identify the error, I received no response on the Plex forum or any other online platforms. The permissions appear to be in order. To reproduce the problem, I click on a TV show that I know has a theme in Plex. I can confirm this by comparing it to a friend’s Plex, where the “Friends” TV show, for example, has the theme song in their library but not in mine. When I attempt to refresh the show on my Plex, I encounter the following error:

Sorry I can’t answer your question but I have to ask…

Is there an index page for that tvthemes.plexapp website or how do I find out which file relates to what media?

Is the number in the filename significant (ie the same as the IMDb or TMDb or TVDb ID)?

I would love to download and store my theme songs locally so I don’t have to rely on an ‘always-on’ internet connection.

I just download them with a youtube downloader , name them theme.mp3 and put the in a movie or a show, rescan and they play, it’s a very tedious process but worth it, my post is about songs that plex already has , that stopped working for me
