Issue with Samsung TV

When I launch Plex on my samsung TV my main user account tells me I do not have access to the server. I have 5 other managed users and all of them have access. The only one that doesn’t work is the main account.

Every other device I have plex access on works fine. All users, including the main account, access it fine. It is ONLY the main account, only on the Samsung TV that says it doesn’t have access to the server.

Any ideas what going on?
