Issue with the content in plex media server & diferent devices

Hi all. I have an issue that in the server, appears next images. Can´t finish of link the synology nas.

Then, the app plex media server, when I started to add movies and series, it can reads some of them, but it don´t put the cover on none, and says that is not available out from my net. And more, when you try from another devices, for example, with an iphone, works plex app, and can play the movies, but for example not in another smart TV that is on the LAN.

I don´t know what can I do. I reinstalled all, port filtering open by smb and plex…I need help

Now I can see in everywhere, but the issue continues in everywhere. I can’t see the covers in anywhere.

we have to reset the router and connect it directly, but happens the same.

I attach the log, for you can check the persistent of the issue, we need and orientation of what it’s happens because I don’t know what more to do.

After a few settings touched on the Synology NAS, I have more or less got everything working, but only locally.

Now I’m just not able to go online. Some help?
