Lets look and see if any log files got written to
Look in this directory
%LocalAppData%\Plex Media Server\Logs
and see if there are files names
Plex Media Server.log
Plex Media Server.1.log
Plex Media Server.2.log
Plex Media Server.3.log
Plex Media Server.4.log
Plex Media Server.5.log
If there are log files there, copy out the files and zip the copy and attach
Also is there a Plex Media Server.exe process showing as running in Windows Task Manager
Could you also export this registry area and save as text and zip and send me privately by Private Message
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Plex, Inc.\Plex Media Server
