I got plex set up yesterday on my raspberry pi 4. the Pi 4 is the server and the player via the web app. I have been able to select my local library on plexamp for android and choose to have it output to the chrome plex webpage on the pi with no issues. For a short time I was also able to choose the chrome plex webpage to be the output stage for tidal streams via the plexamp app. late last night plexamp couldn’t connect to the chrome web page for tidal streams only.
After hooking up the display and trying to manually select a tidal stream in the plex web page I am getting a playback error.
I have done some testing on my windows 10 machine and I am unable to use the webpage as an output stage for tidal streams through the plexamp app, however i can play a tidal stream on windows 10 through the webpage no problem if i select it the stream form the webpage manually on the windows machine.
Finally. I am able to select the chromecast audio as an output stage for tidal streams in the plexamp and this works with no problems at all.
I would like to direct plays through the raspberry pi. Any help would be great.
