Issues claiming Plex Server after I have deleted my previous server (reinstalled OS, it is GONE)

I get the Not authorized … You do not have access to this server message. I am unable to claim the server into my account.

This is a new computer from my previous server and hard drives have been erased. I have changed my password to reset authorization tokens.

I have grabbed temporary claim tokens and added them to docker the restarted and tried to attach to the server. Nothing is working.

I am at my wits end at this point. I have deleted all authorized server from my account. I wish there was a way to reset my account and let me just add this server like I never had a server before.

Just checking, Is your server hosted at Hetzner by any chance?

Hosted at home. Just rebuilt it to modernize it from a 10 year old setup.

The plex claim code was wrong in my docker container in the environment settings

PLEX_CLAIM_FILE: $PLEX_CLAIM was in my container instead of

PLEX_CLAIM: $PLEX_CLAIM
