Hello,
I’ve been troubleshooting for about a day with no luck. My PMS has been running fine for a couple of weeks now (from the time I set it up), but all of a sudden I cannot get my Xbox One S, PS5, or TCL Roku TV to connect to my PMS. My Laptop, a Dell, that runs the PMS is loading the library when I go into the web app, and my other laptop was able to load the library but has since also been experiencing issues. I have also intermittently been having trouble loading some of the settings pages on the web app with my laptop that is running the server. There’s nothing I can think of that has changed on my end that would coincide with this loss of connection.
Here’s some other information:
- I use NordVPN, which has been on this entire time
- My Xbox and PS5 are on ethernet and my two laptops (one of which runs the server) are on WiFi. I’ve already attempted to connect my Xbox via WiFi and it’s still not able to load the library.
- I’ve attempted to remove the Xbox from the client list and re-add it. This appears to have done nothing.
Any help is appreciated. Hopefully, I’ve given a decent amount of background information. I’m a newbie. Cheers.
