Plex on my XBOX One X can no longer connect to the Plex Media Server
on my NAS.
I can connect the client device to my account.
I can ping the Xbox from my firewall device.
I’ve rebooted my modem, PFsense device, and my wi-fi access point, along with the XBOX.
Plex Player client on several locally network attached computers (Mac and Windows), my phone, and a Roku stick, can all connect to the server and play videos, etc… without issue.
I’ve manually entered the IP address and port of the Plex Media Server.
I’ve turned on DNLA and UPNP on my Pfsense firewall device.
I’ve ensured that the Media Server IP address is fixed to the proper IP address.
I’ve uninstalled the client app and reinstalled it.
I’ve configured and reset the client app.
No joy.
Any suggestions on what to try before I collect logs?
