I h=am having issues connecting my xbox one to the plea app. I was constantly getting “trouble connecting to server errors” after optimizing my library it started to work. Now, it played media for a little bit and just stops and then the error comes back. Please help.
Greetings braylove, it sounds like it could be some connection trouble. To first troubleshoot this, I would ask that you turn on the log to server from the xbox plex app settings-> advanced -> server logging -> enabled.
Then try and playback an item that is giving you trouble. After you get the error message gather your server logs so we can see what the two devices are reporting. This support article explains the methods for getting server logs:
