Issues with audio playback on Samsung TV

Hi there

Having issues with audio dropping out of TV /movies every 30 seconds or so for a second or two ( video continues to play normal time and audio picks back up) but only happening on Samsung TV with content working fine when using mobile, tablet, playstation versions of the app.

App on the TV says it is the latest version (5.32.1 installed). Have tried deleting and reinstalling but having the same issues.

TV is a Samsung Crystal (UE55TU7000KXXU) and has all latest firmware installed. Have tried to factory reset the TV but issue remains and Samsung have backheeled the issue for further support to Plex as issue only when using the app.

Files are all mp4 with audio in AAC format.

Any advice on how to resolve would be greatfully appreciated
