No sound after a minute or so on 2022 Samsung TV

Hi,
just got my new TV yesterday (The Frame 65" 2022, GQ65LS03BAUXZG). I have a wired 1 GBit/s connection to the TV, the router and also to the internet, no speed or DNS problems.

On some files from a series (with DTS 5.1 sound format, no idea if this matters) the sound suddenly is muted after a minute or so into the show. When I switch to another language, it works again for a minute. The file has no problems when I play it on my PC or mobile Plex app.

Sound is connected to my Hi-Fi system via HDMI-eARC, works fine with all other media (and it is not on ALL plex files).

Any ideas?
