Can't re-claim server (once again)

Hi!

Now something happened again a few days ago and I lost the connection between Plex-account and my server. What I know I have not done any changes at all.

I have tried the following:

  1. Stopped and restarted plex.
  2. Downloaded and installed the latest version
  3. Downloaded and installed the latest DSM-update
  4. Erased the server from authorized devices (but can´t add it back)
  5. Tried with googles DNS
  6. Signed out from all Plex accounts and changed the password
  7. Tried to start plex from an incognito-window

Nothing helps. I can’t see the server in the Plex-account and I cant even see the menus from where to claim the server again. I had the same issues a couple month ago and then it helped to change password and log out all the devices but not this time. What to do next?

What have happened to Plex from being stable for years and recently a lot of troubles (and I have all the same devices, servers and settings like always)?

What did you get when you did step 6?

Do you have SSH set up your DiskStation? If so, try forwarding the Plex port to your machine: ssh -L 32400:localhost:32400 user@server. You can then access the server on your machine by opening localhost:32400/web in a browser. Helped me with server claiming issues in the past.
