Sorry to hear that did not work for you, I guess I’ve been lucky when I’ve used it. I’ve added a couple of shows to TMDB as the TVDB data was awful or incomplete, after 48 hours they were picked up through a TMDB-xxxx ‘Fix Match’ and everything from TMDB was used.
Have you tried ‘The Plex Dance ™’ to see if that purges the old data. Sometimes it works, other times not so…
