Issues with LAN

Server Version#: Version 1.42.1.10060
Player Version#: Infuse (all Platforms)

I’m having a strange issue with Infuse Library Mode - It wont index ONLY on my LAN (if i connect through 5g on my phone it indexes normally)

When looking at the console I see the following just before it gives the error:

CERT: incomplete TLS handshake from 192.168.68.87:54053: stream truncated

I already tried a bunch of changes in both network settings from plex, nas, router - IPv6 disabled on both plex and Synology NAS.

I don’t have issues with actually playing anything - just indexing a large library (I have 4 Libraries, 2 of the smaller ones index with no issues over LAN)

Infuse’s support says it It looks like Infuse is timing out when attempting to connect to the local server address, I find strange that it works on WAN but not LAN =/

I’m hoping someone can give me a light on this, I’m not a network expert, but firewall ports are open, I don’t have any other issue besides the library index on Infuse for a particular library.

Try rebooting your modem/router and everything connected to it, including any wireless devices.

That should clear any DNS cache corruption that may be causing your issues.

I’ve tried that already, also tried to set static DNS, and it happens with infuse on multiple devices (iPad, 2 appleTVs and iPhone)

In that case, I cannot be of much help to you, I do not use Apple products or Infuse at all.

Thanks anyway, know it’s a bit of a tricky one, hopefully someone has some light on the issue
