Plex Media Server Logs_2024-10-28_17-50-28.zip (7.1 MB)
Hi everybody.
When I access the library, through Plexamp, it starts loading the numbers very slowly. First Artists, Compilations, Artist Genres… it never loads Tracks or Albums. Until it freezes. Both in Android version and in the Plexamp App for Windows.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Synology NAS server and I can’t get it to work, although I must say that a few weeks ago it worked perfectly. But I had to erase all the disks. Can you help me please? I don’t know what to do anymore.
I have uploaded the log. Thanks.
Albert
My Synology NAS also stopped working properly recently - I’ve tried the same steps but have the same problem.

@Petitotet
After you get PMS running and get back into your Server settings,
Go to Settings - Network and turn off IPv6 support.
You have an IPv4 LAN and WAN. You’re getting SSL breakage
Also, you appear to have some very old players which aren’t using “SSLv3”
(now required by PMS)

If you look closely, this could also be a foreign actor attepting to break into your machine.
I would consider changing your Plex WAN port (Remote Access)
Yes. It is. I downloaded for Intel/AMD 64-bit version.
Thanks ChuckPa.
I’ve disabled IPv6 support and it seems to work. It’s not as fast as it used to be in detecting all the tracks but now at least it doesn’t crash.
Should I be worried about what you’re talking about regarding “old players”? Should I take any special measures? Modify the Firewall for example?
I’ve sent you a new log again in case the problem has disappeared.
Thanks a lot!

I would just update all of your Plex clients to the latest versions. There’s probably no good reason to go out of your way to keep very old player apps.
