Issues with Remote Connection

Good Afternoon,

Can someone help me please. Ive been running plex for a number of years now and is used outside my network frequently. Over the last month the error “not available outside my network appears”. In addition when connection is available the stream quality is downrated.

I have attempted disabling and reenabling the remote connection and turning off windows firewall.

I have in the last few months switched to BT from Virgin and have the Smart Hub 2. I have also disabled the firewall in the router.

Im a bit stuck where to go next.
