All these issues are locally, no issues outside network
May I see the rest of the DEBUG logs ZIP file please?
It’s important to see the MDE and decisions which preceded the transcode.

You don’t have a QSV (vaapi capable) CPU . That Xeon doesn’t have QSV
You do have an Nvidia GPU card which it’s trying to use.

By default, Plex will pick the first transcoding hardware it finds .
How is the machine configured? QSV CPU + GPU ?
Hi, sorry for late reply. I rebuilt my machine, I’m not sure if QSV was enabled, but the issue came back with even the new OS ‘Gentoo’ How to find this out?

Now restart PMS.
See if it goes away.
If it does, then set the value permanently in /etc/sysctl.conf.
(I don’t know what the Gentoo default is but some kernels have 8192 while newer kernels have 65536)
