Samsung TV’s (a lot of them) lost their certificates as of Sept 30 (when the R3 expired).
Since those sets are EOL (no updates from Samsung) - they either get:
a. Set top boxes / HDMI devices which are current
b. Special accommodation to allow that IP to stream without auth
