Issues with web clients access PMS on QNAP

Server Version#: 1.21.1
Player Version#:

I am looking for some help please. I am running PMS on my QNAP NAS and can access the libraries fine via the IOS app and various smart TV apps around the house however; when i try and use a local client via a web browser (or a WEBOS LG TV Plex client) I cannot see any of my content. The content thumbnails display but I am seeing “UNREACHABLE” or “No Soup for you” or on the LG TV the media will not play, just sits there with three dots.

I have have spent a day searching and most threads tend to mention that the issue is down to allowed networks. I have a single IP subnet 10.0.0.0/24 and I have configured that subnet in the allowed networks (extract from Preferences.xml):

allowedNetworks=“10.0.0.0/255.255.255.0”
customConnections="http://10.0.0.0:32400
LanNetworksBandwidth=“10.0.0.0/255.255.255.0”/>

I can even see in the console logs that when I attempt to connect from a client web client that it was from an allowed network e.g:
Request: [10.0.0.201:51717 (Allowed Network (Subnet))] GET /media/providers (7 live) TLS GZIP Signed-in Token ()
but i also see what I assume is a 401 response but not sure on that:
Completed: [10.0.0.201:51752] 401 GET /media/providers (8 live) GZIP 0ms 357 bytes

I am trying the internal FQDN for the NAS server on port 34200, when I try the NAS IP address it just get a load of XML returned.

I would appreciate any help with this
Thanks

Please ignore this. I managed to resolve the issue, it was down to the DNS configuration on the QNAP virtual switch.
