It's been over 2 years, autoskip intro was supposed to be coming to Plex for Windows "Soon"

What is going on with this feature? Why has it taken so long to implement on desktop? Did someone forget to flip a switch or something?

I just upgraded to Plex Pass only to find out this only possible on plex for windows HTPC. I would realy like to have the Player experience features implemented in the regular Plex app aswell, since this is the only way i personally use plex.
