Skip Intro not working only on windows desktop app

I have buy one month plex pass for try the skip intro feature. It works great on fire stick app and web app but not on the windows desktop app. I have the latest version download from plex website yesterday. How I can fix it?

Close the player.
Log out of your Windows user account.
Reboot the Windows machine.
Try again.

This will not work in “Plex Home Theater” and it will also not work in “Plex Media Player”.

Only in “Plex (Player) for Windows”. https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/#plex-app

Pmp will not get any new features. It is “frozen” as it is.

I use pmp because my remote control, wechip w1, work great. With plex player the OK button not play/pause the movie. Is possible add this function on the remote control?
