iTunes playlists into Plex

I have iTunes running on a PC under Windows 10. I have Plex Server running on Synology NAS DS218+.

I want to be able to play playlists from Plex Player. How do I get the playlists into the Server? Can I then play that play list from LG TV running Plex?
