iTunes plugin not working/no option to import playlists

I’m trying to get the iTunes plugin to work, but i can’t seem to get anything showing up.
Started doing this because I wan’t my iTunes playlists on Plex.
So I enabled the iTunes plugin and filled the proper xml path, then I made a new library and checked the iTunes box.
But now I can’t seem to find this “iTunes plugin” anywhere, and there should be a 3 dotted menu option available on the “Playlists” library where there should be an option to “Import itunes playlists”. But the “Playlist” library does not even have the 3 dotted menu.
So i’ve got problems on multiple levels. Please help anyone.
