iTunes plugin does not work, clicking on it does nothing

Hi, when I click on the iTunes icon in the “plugins” page, nothing happens as if it’s just a static image. In the past, clicking on it showed all the iTunes playlists where I would also click on a playlist and see all the songs in it.

I have researched extensively here and google in general, tried everything I found and could think of. No luck…

Any ideas what I am doing wrong and how do I fix it. Any help is greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!!

Any Good Samaritan out there with some good idea on resolving this issue, or maybe has run into it and solved it?

Been trying different things incl. server update to 1.16.5.1554 … no luck!

I re-installed and did a “a database cleaning” in case of corruption but still the iTunes plugin does not work … clicking on it does nothing!

Hi Ive downgraded back to this Version 1.16.3.1402 all seams to be working again.
Ive updated each time a new update comes along, straight away back to this release.
Looks like im not updating until necessary. Luckily I didnt renew my plex pass. I was actually going to go with lifetime but looks like im moving to emby, unless plugins are put back in. Trakt is very important to me I use for everything to keep up with my watch history. I do have itunes installed but i think ive a problem on my end location wise. I can import from location but not playlists but no biggie at mo. I know this is itunes related for this conversation but thought going back to Version 1.16.3.1402 may help
I also think plugins still work on recent releases however mine are only accessible on the android app if updated…
