Hi! I received a Lifetime Plex Pass as a gift a few years ago. But now that I’m watching Plex content, the website is saying that I can pay for a Plex Pass… But I already have one. My account is even listed as Premium. What gives? Thanks so much!
Can you provide screenshots. I’m not quite clear what you are seeing.
Could you just be seeing the commercials that are interjected into the Plex Content as an ad?
