It’s there, but somewhat cryptic - ‘Grey/repeating posters in browse page’.
We have a fix for this coming in the next release. Hopefully it’ll address it for you.

And, despite me being too dense to pick up on this item being listed, definitely a big fan of the known issues / yet to be implemented list that you posted.
Something similar happens to me, too. When I use Kinect voice control and do jump to letter, I’ll say a letter and it’s recognized, but the list of movies will quickly jump to the letter then immediately jump to the very beginning of the list.
Still doesn’t work.
Have 999 titles and the letters keep disappearing :-/
Even without using Kinect like @adamsguitar mentioned, jumping to a letter via the controller almost always causes it to move, pause a second, and then jump back to the start of the list. If I do it a second time, it usually stays at the letter I wanted.

I also have this problems.
I too still have this problem.
Update: April 2017 - this has been resolved for at least a few months now on Plex app for XBox One for me.
