Ok so I used jump to letter for (P). It only showed about 10 of my movies and the when to the letter (O). I tried again and only got about the same 10 movies but this time at the end it was letter (A). Anyone else having this problem?

I was, but then a did a complete reboot of my system. It was related to network errors. Check you logs. Maybe you have some too?

A complete reboot of which? The media server or the XBox One? Not that it matters in my case, as the problem continues after both.
I'm not able to find any errors in my logs that seem to have anything to do with communication to the XBox. Do you have an example to post that I can use as a reference to use in a search of my logs?
I will try that.
Did a reboot fix your issue? If so, which did you reboot?
I'm attaching a ZIP of my PMS logs here.
I believe I found the log messages from phatcher's problem, but I don't believe they apply to my situation. I've searched my logs for ERROR and WARN, but don't seem to have anything that is related to this issue.

It took a while to find a time when I wouldn't be interrupting other users, but I cycled the modem, router, server and XBox. I immediately went to the XBox and tried again, and the problem still exists.
To restate, when I browse movies or shows, then use the Jump to Letter option, I can scroll about two screens in either direction before it starts showing poster art either missing or out of sequence and the text at the bottom displays a single title near the jump point which is suddenly static and unrelated to the currently selected poster. In a presumably related problem, when I select a TV show and enter the screen to select the season/series, if I then go back to the TV show browse, it will do the same thing- several of the images will be jumbled and the vast majority will be missing while the text displayed will be static.
I was wondering if it might be related to file system layout, or the amount of media I have (currently 140 TV shows and 1751 movies in something like 8300 files), thinking that maybe the XBox couldn't handle it. I don't have any issues with the web platform, any of my IOS devices, or the HTPC application. This isn't a huge deal, but if I want to watch a movie on the XBox with a title in the middle or end of the alphabet, the only realistic option is to open the movie on the browser, move it forward by 5 minutes or so, then switch to the XBox and resume.
I'm going to attach a fresh set of logs.
Looks like this is a duplicate thread for: https://forums.plex.tv/topic/143411-jump-to-letter-broken/
This is a known issue that was being worked in February, so I'm not sure what the disposition is now.
