Just added music collection - half of music is not scanned/seen by plex

I finally worked out my NAS and connected it to Plex. I have my music stored there.

I added my NAS as the source of my music and pointed it to the right folder.

Lots of my music was scanned, but over half is not visible from with in Plex (online or my android app)

There are thousands of songs, so I know it will take awhile to scan all. But, when I look at the activity icon on the dashboard, there is nothing scanning add new songs.

I even tried “rescanning” the folders to see the rets of the songs.

I can say that the music is organized by a folder for each artist name, and a folder for each album that they created. There are a few exceptions, but most of it is done this way.

How do I get the other songs into Plex?

I ended up getting rid of the collection in Plex. I re-added it , and for some reason, al the songs now show up.
