Just got a message for my avatar not being allowed. Its my company's logo

Why is my avatar being flagged? My company Mister Munchi is a smoke shop. I used my logo as the avatar all my products are legal. So why.

Uploaded picture for reference not trying to start anything. I can provide documents showing it’s a legal business if necessary but not allowing me to use my own image is a little ridiculous especially considering everything I do is legal.

Have you appealed it? I assume due to drug reference but the email should say you can appeal by replying the email sent.

The guidelines say:

Although we’re not here to judge anyone’s lifestyle choices, excessive references to drugs and drug use unrelated to relevant content may be flagged.

Personally, I do not care, but forbidding a drug-related avatar seems like a reasonable interpretation of that clause. Legality and tackiness are not the same thing.
