Keep Current Playlist and Song in Sync Across Different Devices

Is it possible to configure/setup Plex Media Server so the current playlist and song stay in sync across different devices? Example:

I start playing music on my computer and then stop playing a song in the middle of track. I would like to be able to open the Plex app on my phone and resume playing the track I was listening to on my computer.

The option to ‘Store track progress’ is already enabled for my music library.
