Hi i keep getting foreign crappy trailers and none of the new movies currently at Cinema also I get them in German and french and everything else except for English ?
Which type of trailer?
Those which appear automatically before the main movie, or those which appear when clicking on the trailer button in your library?
Only for the former, check your agent settings
You may wanna verify the ‘Country’ setting and the ‘language’-property of your movie library.
Then go to
Settings - Server - Extras
and disable ‘Include Cinema Trailers from movies in my library’
and enable one or both of the options below.
Then stop and restart your plex server.

I am having the same problem. I have checked to ensure the country is USA and the language is set in English. I have checked the extras settings as well and restarted the server. I have always had this problem and its still showing all foreign trailers before movies start
Please inspect the Plex XML info of one such movie, where those trailers appear.
Look closely at the content of the guid="..." property. Which language code is there at the end?
I always get foreign trailers on all movies…i checked several and they say “en” for language
I checked a couple more and i did get a “clean trailer” on a movie that was in english. It seems to be random. But most of the time its french or latin american trailers

No i do not
It has been playing the same trailers over and over too…I put the settings to play 5 trailers before the movie and it always plays the same 5
Yeah check everything still getting the same issue, also I always get the same low budget trailers in another language. Not sure why I have set trailers to 1 ,2 ,3, 4, 5 and makes no difference. randomly I will get one trailer that’s clean. Also noticed that I have unchecked to play trailers for movies already in my library but still plays those as well. but this to is randomly. My Country is set to English language.
