I followed your guide to set the trailers and extras.
After updating the data, just the extras appeared but not the trailer. On the Plex web and plex android.
I turned on the settings in the agent page and the server setting.
Where is the problem.

one more question, i am aware that there is not for all movies a trailer and/or extras available.
Is it possible to set something in the settings to change the trailers language e.g. english to german?
And if there is not the desired language available then automaically choose english?
Another question just for info:
Where is plex take the trailer stream from? From public sources like youtube?
How does plex search for an trailer, because concerning the media data plex download almost everything in german.
