Playback has stopped due to multiple playback errors

This is my first time posting so please excuse me if it isn’t quite right. I recently updated my Plex server and I started getting the below error about 30 minutes into watching a video. This is happening on content that previously played correctly.

I am not seeing anything obviously wrong with my setup. I am going to try the web app later and see if the issue is isolated to the roku app.

Seems like I am getting errors using the web app as well.

Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error.

I am still having this issue after the latest update.
Server Version#: 1.19.1.2701

I am having this issue as well when I use the old Roku App. However on the new Roku App, there is a gold bar going across the plex thumbnail to differentiate between the old and new app, playback works.
Not sure what the difference between the two are. The original app just doesn’t work on playback of recorded and/or downloaded movies or recorded and/or downloaded TV. It seems to be fine with other content.
I’ve noticed that after server updates, I also have to do a complete restart of the server computer, not just the server, but the computer.
I think this should be put in a bug report, but I don’t have the logs and I’m not sure that they would show an issue anyway.
