Keep Latest X Episodes not working

NAS: Synology DS918+

Any idea why my Keep Latest X Episodes doesn’t work? I have it set to only keep 3 episodes and have 4 of one show and 5 of another that are more than 24 hours old. I also have it set to delete after watching - I don’t see why those would be related, but including it as an FYI.

Does Keep X Episodes work for anyone?
Wait - there's no customer support even with Plex Pass?
