Wait - there's no customer support even with Plex Pass?

I’ve received lots of great help from this community, and I appreciate it, but sometimes questions just go unanswered such as this one:

So I just tried to contact Plex technical support only to realize… that there isn’t any. What the heck? What am I paying for then? What am I missing?

No, there’s no additional support, beyond these forums, with a Plex Pass. Nor was it advertised:
