Once in a while when launching the plex app on my phone it asks again for my payment for the plex pass but have already bought it.
You have made the one-time payment to unlock the Android mobile app.
But that is not a Plex Pass. It merely removes the 1-minute playback limit.

So it keeps asking occasionally to consider it.
Very confused about the pricing on Plex.
I have recently bought a MyCloud back up drive and installed the Plex server. I seemed to be able to play my movies on my apple.tv through your app but then when my daughter tried it on her iPad she was time limited to one minute.
To resolve this I have started the free 3 month trial but the app still asks her for a a payment.
I’ve tried to understand your pricing model but am very confused and becoming increasingly irritated. I’m tempted to return the MyCloud drive and look for alternative options.
Could you please explain what I have to pay for and how much it costs.
Plex Mobile apps are not free.
You can unlock with a one time purchase.
Or pay for plex pass.
They are 2 different things.
OK so the pass is not free and the app is not free. I don’t have an issue with that but It would make everyones live a little less frustrating if this was better explained.
There are very good support articles, even for this “issue”. They only need to be read.
