Keymapping not found in plex directory

Hello,

We have replace our samsung smart Tv with a panasonic, we can not install plex client on this device. Underneat the TV is our game computer running Windows 10 64 bit running a lot off games.

The frontend of the system is playnite, and i want to add plex to the list so i can launch it with the xbox controller. It launch but it will not respons to the controller input.

I want to folow https://support.plex.tv/articles/216459997-create-your-own-inputmap/ but i can not find any directory that is in the article, can someone give support?

This article relates to Plex Media Player, not to Plex for Windows.

What is the diference?

They’re different apps. Only PMP has the 10-foot interface which you can use with a traditional remote control. But it’s older, so it may miss some of the newer features.
Also only PMP is supporting the customizable keyboard bindings.
