Wow. I don’t know when it happened or why, but the artist radio is improved to become exquisite!!!
I usually don’t listen to my music on Plex year-round. I usually have a small playlist that I’ve historically synced to my phone with iTunes. I’ve spent more of my time curating my movies and tv over the last few years. Usually around the holidays start pulling up music on Plex while I’m indoors. This year I was testing out Amazon Music HD and after hating on the interface for a while I thought about jumping over to Plex to see what the new developments might have to offer. I noticed some of the names on things in music were a little different so I clicked on an artist and started the artist radio expecting to get 30% hits, 60% B-sides, and 10% Christmas music LOL. To my surprise I’m being treated to hit after hit from my own library; well one unknown in 100, but wow is this much better than it was a couple years back.
Way to go Plex! It might be time to get away from my trusty iphone music app. and start syncing my Plex app.
