Lagging when watching some 2160p hdr files, direct play video and audio

Hello,
here is my file MULTI.2160p.WEB-DL.HDR.H265-AOC.MKV Size 23.83 GB
I’m not shure if it is a video or a audio issue. The sound is not lagging, only the image is.
Setup is a intel 6700K with gtx 1070 and 32gig ram. Internet 200 mbps minimum.

It could also the beneficial if you play a bit with the settings for “Hardware Decoding” and “Video Quality” in the player app.
