Hello everyone- I have been having sporadic, minor but annoying video stuttering/lag issues during playback I cannot figure out.
Here’s the story: I have been using plex for a couple of years and it is a fantastic product. Generally, it has been set it and forget it. Recently, on my server I reorganized my media storage drives and installed a fresh copy of win 10 on a new SSD and installed Plex fresh. Everything installed/updated smoothly and all other hardware/network is the same as it was before. Now occasionally I get minor stuttering/lag. This happens whether it is played on my firesticks, Samsung smart TV, xbox One, or Windows player and regardless if they are gigabit wired or wifi. Also, it seems to happen on low res up to 4k files. Everything is playing direct(no transcoding) and server does not seem to be busy or using a lot resources when it happens. Any help on how to diagnose what the issue may be?

Player Version#:windows 3.83.1 firestick version 7.1.0.8875(not sure if this correct), xbox one, and Samsung smart TV.
