My app won’t change from playing in what presume is Spanish… tried changing to from Spanish to English and it did nothing.. was trying yo watch christmas cottage.

I checked it and it played the Spanish audio when I started it even though the interface was set to English (I’m checking this on the web). I changed the audio to Spanish to confirm it was the same, and then when I changed back to English now the correct English audio is playing.
I tried that, ill try again
Okay, now it will play on my phone in English.. I cast it to my google Chrome and it plays in Spanish.. I just can’t win.
