Wrong audio in some videos

Hi. I have a problem with a plex apo in a MiBox4S

In some pictures always plays english language. It doesn’t mind if I select english or spanish, it always plays english.

If i go to android app a play the movie through this app in the miBox i can listen the spanish audio.

Any thoughts about this? I’ve uninstalled mi box app and reinstalled and nothing changes
