Language strangely change after quitting the app and resuming

Hi,
I am currently running the last beta on iPhone X (up-to-date too).
I watched a movie yesterday and today, in english (which isn’t my prefered language setting if that matters)
When I launched Plex again today. the language spoken had changed (back to french). When I go to the configuration in the app, the language is still on English.
I had to change it to french manually, watch the movie again for 2 seconds and then went back into the configuration settings to switch again to english.

This happened twice (in the same movie).
The first time, I cut for the night and the second time, I cut for a couple of seconds only.
I never quit the app in the multitask, Plex always remain in the background.
