Languages changed after update blu ray discs

rather than create a sample file I can fil several small clips of my blu rays and email them to you.

Long story short you select English DTS audio you get directors commentary or German

In some cases for example Captain America the first avenger you get Spanish audio with English subtitles yet most NAS drives are not powerful enough to put subtitles on the screen .

I have no idea how burnt in subtitles appear - especially when subtitles set to off

Not sure I follow. A sample is a small file (~50MB)
Only one is required.

Imagine watching any film with english language as a default. Now switch it to German.

no need for a sample but will sort it.

Can you please send me a link to Plex July update so I can temporarily roll back my august update.

yes i have same problem:

Client: LG OLED65CX9LA
5.22.1
Plex for LG
webOS 5.2.3

Server: Plex Media Server
1.24.1.4931-1a38e63c6
DS1821+
Linux DSM 6.2.4.25556-0

@horst789 Are you sure that app version 5.22.1 still has this problem for you? Because this should have been fixed in that version, see here: LG app plays a different audio track than what is selected - #14 by markus101

yes in the new beta is now fixed

Hi Horst

How do I get that version onto my LG tv. I tried unistalling and re installing plex on the LG store but it had no effect.

thank you

Hello

this is not fixed as I installed the LG update but I have silence on my DTS master audio files.

not fixed as i downloaded the latest LG tv update and all I have is silence on my DTS master audio files

ince my LG tv updated two days ago and I installed the next plex update no files at all will play on my tv. I have double checked my plex severs and nas by playing files on my laptop, phone and ps4 and all seems fine.

It is the LG Tv that now say " an unexpected playback problem has occurred" this is on all media TV shows, blu rays and dvd’s .

Mp3’s are the only things that will play.

Everything has ben fine until the last plex update was installed a few weeks ago. We were then told that language issues would be fixed with the latest update - they were. Yet now the LG tv’s update seems to have ruined everything.
